About Us

Goonellabah Medical Centre opened in March 1997 when three established local general practices amalgamated to provide a more comprehensive medical service.

The Centre is open 6 days a week. It has a team of doctors with back-up from nursing staff and various allied health professionals.

A pathology collection centre is open weekdays.

There is an area for casualties and urgent cases including the facilities necessary for management of acute injuries such as minor fractures and lacerations.

Hospital-based investigations or admission can be arranged for Lismore and St Vincent's Hospitals.

Easy car parking, disabled access and an ambulance bay means GMC can cater for people with disabilities.

The air-conditioned and spacious waiting areas are designed for your comfort.
